Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

Viorestan currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to:

  • International destinations
  • U.S. territories
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Freight forwarding services

We continually evaluate our shipping capabilities and may expand to additional regions in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Viorestan is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and product.

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Viorestan is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected transportation delays
  • Other force majeure events

Shipping Restrictions

To preserve product quality, shipping availability may occasionally be adjusted during periods of extreme weather or other circumstances that could affect the condition of chocolate products during transit.

Should any temporary shipping restrictions apply, customers will be notified before their order is processed.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

Viorestan currently does not offer local pickup or local delivery services.

All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
